The small business registration form is designed to gather the information Rolls-Royce requires to understand the capabilities of a prospective supplier.

This program is open to U.S. companies and non U.S. companies that qualify as a small business. (Qualifying non U.S. companies are those that have a place of business in the U.S. and make a significant contribution to the U.S. economy through payment of taxes or use of American products, materials or labor, and meets the SBA's size standard for being small qualifies (see 13 CFR 121.105 (a).)
